I've lived in Kentuckiana my entire life... I graduated from Oldham County High School (back when there was just one-- sigh...) and Spalding University (Communications major, theatre minor-- now there's money well-spent!) I've been married to our Producer & jack-of-all-trades Ron since November of 2004 and our "child" is an unbelievably spoiled Bichon Frise named Angel. (She likes Randolph best because he keeps a stash of Pupperoni for her!) I also collect pigs...seriously-- I have thousands! :-) I'm very proud to be a breast cancer survivor (6 years in October-- yay!) so needless to say breast cancer awareness is extremely important to Ron & me. Some of our other favorite causes are St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Ky. Humane Society, the American Cancer Society & Kentucky Harvest, just to name a few.
Favorite TV shows: The Office, House, Family Guy, The Big Bang Theory, Glee, Modern Family
What I love: (Besides Ron, obviously!) CHOCOLATE, animals, cupcakes, black & white movies, college basketball, travel.
Favorite travel spots: England, Germany, France, Ireland, Alaska, Colorado...anywhere there are mountains! (I may be the only woman on the planet that doesn't like the beach!)
Favorite food: Anything to do with a big ol' unhealthy Southern breakfast--biscuits, gravy, country ham, etc., German, Italian, Chinese. Did I mention CAKE?
Favorite Country Artists: George Strait, Alison Krauss, Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Reba, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Sugarland, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum, Joey + Rory, Lee Ann Womack, Zac Brown Band.
All-time favorites: Johnny Cash, Don Williams, Dolly Parton, Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Ray Price, Willie Nelson, Statler Brothers, Barbara Mandrell, Vince Gill, Steve Wariner, Garth Brooks, Vern Gosdin.
