Rules
No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. No substitutions or cash alternatives allowed.
Winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and duties. All federal, state, and local taxes apply. Value of prizes $600.00 and more and reported to the Internal Revenue Service as additional income received. Winner responsible for obtaining necessary documentation for travel packages (visas, passports, etc.).
One win/prize per person in any thirty (30) day period, unless otherwise noted.
Winner must claim prizes in person within thirty (30) days of winning unless otherwise noted or approved by Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. promotion department. Prizes cannot be mailed or shipped. Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. is not responsible for delivery of any prize, unless otherwise noted. Winner's eligibility terminated after 30 days.
Valid identification (driver's license, birth certificate, or validated stated I.D.) must be presented to claim prizes. Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. is not required to honor other forms of identification or any identification that has been tampered with or altered.
By claiming prize, winner consents, without further authorization, to use of name, likeness, and /or voice for promotion/advertising purposes by Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Winner may be required to furnish an affidavit of eligibility and release.
Employees of Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. or any other organization affiliated with given contest, and the families of these employees are ineligible to participate.
Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur on promotion sites or accidents or injuries that occur after acceptance of given prize.
Contests are subject to age restrictions where noted.
Trips are subject to change without notification due to availability and applicable restrictions. Violation of any of the above rules may result in forfeiture of prize.
