Bobby Jack & The Purina One Fan Club (Bobby Jack is the one in the middle)
A little about me...
Bobby
Jack celebrated 25 years in Kentuckiana radio in August of 2006. Where
did the time to go? A few years doing the evening shift and counting
down the Top Ten at Ten, a few more working mid-days then the January
of 1994 it was to the morning show and if you recall that winter
(22inches of snow and temperatures dropping to 22 below zero) what a
way to start! It’s been nearly 11 years and it seems like only
yesterday. The changes over the years have been many: in family along
with wife Debbie there have been five children to fill up the home, all
but two of those have married, plus two out of those three also have
children. Throw in 3 dogs, 4 cats and at last count 5 horses…the
Bloomfield homestead is never without family and friends filling an old
log home that dates back before Kentucky became a State. His favorite
ways to pass time are to ride over the countryside of Northeast Nelson
and Spencer Counties, catch a NASCAR race (on TV or a occasional trip
to a track) but best of all just spending time with the friends and
family who visit. He’s still waiting on Jerry Bruckheimer to drop by
and ask for story and producing ideas on how to make his CSI shows and
movies more successful plus to suggest John Goodman play the lead in
“The Bobby Jack Story, More Than Just Good Looks and Brains”!
Okay, when things start getting you down and it feels like everything is closing in, just come back and spend a moment or two with this video...

Still The Greatest Car Chase Ever!
Tuesday 07-01-2008 7:24am ET
Who can forget the best part of the movie Bullitt, the famous Mustang/Charger car chase through San Francisco. But if you're like me, you've always said to yourself, "Hmm...I wonder where that road is." Well, wonder no more, Google to the rescue! Now you can relive 9 1/2 minutes of the best moments on film and follow the route yourself. These guys have mapped out the route all the way to the fiery end.
By the way, a rumor says that the Ford engineers working on the new Mustang watched this movie over and over so they could get the muffler tuned to the same sound as Bullit's Fastback 'Stang.
Why wait for the Olympics...

THE RAY GUN CHANNEL CHANGER!
Face it, if this was one of the hundreds of remotes cluttering up your coffee table, which one do you think you'd reach for first?
Oh come one...this one looks like a 1950's ray gun, it makes a cool sound effect each time you pull the trigger, and did I mention it looks like a 1950's ray gun?!?
