When I was in high school, I had my share of confrontations but I generally got along with everyone. Except for one particular guy that was determined to make my life hell most days. Usually it would be during passing time through some sort of un-noticed but painful physical contact or a simple threating stance if I was walking alone. Sometimes it would happen while class was in session as I returned to my locker during a free hour.
You may find this hard to believe, but I have not always the above-average size that I am now because of my late birthday and some placement stuff when I was young. I graduated days after I turned 17.
One day I got tired of this guy and when he wasn't going to let me get to my locker without some sort of altercation, I ran directly at him. It could have been a huge mistake but I didn't care. He started running the other way. I was so surprised that I thought I was dreaming. I didn't catch him but I never had another problem with him after that.
We all know it's not always that easy.
Apparently an Oregon High School student decided to tease another studentby telling him he has no friends. He also said that nobody cares. So, his aunt decided to help him prove the bully wrong.
This kid seems pretty cool and like a friend you would want to have. He also seems like he could easily handle the other kid physically but I guess that sort of thing gets you kicked out of school these days.
